It's hard to put into words what I'm feeling at this current moment. With a lot of mixed emotions over the last few weeks, I started to convince myself it wasn't real.
As I type this post from the airport, I honestly didn't think this day would ever arrive. I'm nervous, excited, baffled, anxious, and so many others in between.
If anything, I have so much more respect for people who pack up their entire lives in search of the next great adventure. You are courageous.
It takes courage to step outside of the norm. To go against the grain. I decided to step off my treadmill and walk outside for the first time in a very long time.
If you're reading this, thank you. Thank you for supporting me. Thank you for being curious. Thank you for being a part of this dream. I've been planning to visit Australia for the last three years. I finally built up the courage to click "purchase" on my flight. After that, it was easier to click the same "purchase" button a few more times to add onto my Australian and Asian adventure.
Here's to the next big step in this crazy thing called life. Let's see see where my excursion takes me. My hope is that it will take you somewhere you've always dreamed of.
